We Have Two Affordable Gender Reveal and Baby Shower Packages:

We only require a 50% deposit to lock down your date (with the balance due 7 days prior to the event).

Up to 6 Hours of Venue Use: Gives you the time needed to decorate, set up food, host your event, load your vehicle, and clean up.

Tables, Chairs, and Linen (Oh, My!): We offer several colors of table linen for you to select from and if we don’t have your special color on hand, we can rent it for you. Plus, there’s no need to rent tables and chairs, we have plenty for your setup, which we take care of for you (to save you time).

Audio: Bring a digital playlist, connect it to our speaker system and save yourself the high cost and required space for a DJ. Plus, our system is boomin’ (that’s what the kids say).

DIY Selfie Station (Props Included): Just bring your own selfie stick and we’ve got you covered on the backdrop, and props. Make it even more unique by bringing your own custom props to use.

LED Color Changing Ceiling Lights: Set the perfect mood by lighting up your room with colors of your choice.

TV Access: No projector needed, we will provide you a 65″ Smart-TV pre-wired for HDMI access.

Access to Our Bonus Room (includes a mini-fridge and microwave): Perfect for food setup and serving, or for gathering gifts to provide extra room for your guests.

Room Setup and Final Cleaning: Just walk in and place your custom decor, we will have the table and chairs in place.  

BYOB & Food: To help you save money, we allow you to bring your own food and booze to our venue, set up a wonderful display of refreshments for your guests – Learn More.

This is perfect for the person who wants to throw a fabulous event without the stress of planning and decorating. Whether you’re local or an out-of-towner that requires an event coordinator, we work with you through every step of the way so you can sit back, relax, and, of course, party like a rockstar when your special day arrives!

Personalized Concierge Service: You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and photographer, or you can choose to hire from our preferred vendors. No matter what route you go with we will work with your vendors to get them set up and we’ll work with you to make sure you don’t forget anything you need.

Early Setup, Decorating Assistance, & Cleaning: Provide us with your own custom decorations and we will help you decorate the room for you. We also have a wide variety of decorations on hand that you can use to make your event extra special. We’ll block the room from being rented before your event, giving us time to set up and decorate so you can wow your guests the moment they walk through the doors. Once your event ends, we’ll take care of the cleanup.

Custom Backdrop Options, Table Linen Covers & Runners, and Chair Covers Included: We’ll go above and beyond to dress up your special event by accentuating your event decor with these beautiful extra touches. Display a beautiful backdrop behind your guest of honor or for a selfie-station so your event stands out. Regardless of your design preferences, we’ll work with you by offering a variety of extra-special decor options so your guests are impressed the minute they walk through the doors. 

Ship Custom Decor or Misc. Items for your Event: Ordering special items for your event? Save yourself the hassle of lugging them to our venue. We welcome you to ship any items your order online to our venue and we’ll safely store them until the day of your event.
