Affordable Custom Event Packages

Since opening The Beacon Center, we’ve hosted dozens of Las Vegas events ⏤ from adoption celebrations to office parties, and holiday events (like Halloween and Valentine’s Day parties) to business mixers and corporate events, we have plenty of space and amenities for you to throw a memorable, fun, and affordable event.

We Have Two Affordable Custom Event Packages:

We only require a 50% deposit to lock down your date (with the balance due 7 days prior to the event).

*Not available on Saturdays after 10:30 am start time.

Up to 6 Hours of Venue Use: Gives you the time needed to decorate, set up food, host your event, load your vehicle, and clean up.

Tables, Chairs, and Linen (Oh, My!): We offer several colors of table linen for you to select from and if we don’t have your special color on hand, we can rent it for you. Plus, there’s no need to rent tables and chairs, we have plenty for your setup, which we take care of for you (to save you time).

Audio: Bring a digital playlist, connect it to our speaker system and save yourself the high cost and required space for a DJ. Plus, our system is boomin’ (that’s what the kids say).

DIY Selfie Station (Props Included): Just bring your own selfie stick and we’ve got you covered on the backdrop, and props. Make it even more unique by bringing your own custom props to use.

BYOB & Food: To help you save money, we allow you to bring your own food and booze to our venue, set up a wonderful display of refreshments for your guests – Learn More.

Cleaning: Once your special day ends, we’ll take care of all the cleanup, but you can save $75 by handling this yourself. Ask us how and we’ll tell you how you can bring your total to $525.

Access to Our Bonus Room (includes a mini-fridge and microwave): Perfect for food setup and serving, or for gathering gifts to provide extra room for your guests.

LED Color Changing Ceiling Lights: Set the perfect mood by lighting up your room with colors of your choice.

Save money by having your auntie provide your culture’s favorite dishes for your guests. Let’s face it, even some of the best caterers can’t do some traditional cuisines justice. We encourage you to bring your own food to our venue because we want you to save money. For those who have room in the budget, use one of our preferred caterers.
