How much does it cost to rent your space?
Our rental fee starts at $75 per hour for small business meetings! Looking to hold a party instead? Check out our Celebration Packages.
What are the available hours for booking an event?
We have 24 hour access, so the hours of your event are unlimited.
Do you offer any discounts?
We believe in giving everyone a fair price. Therefore, everyone gets the discount!
Are you handicap accessible?
We have made our unit accessible by supplying portable ramps that are easy to install. Watch our installation video.
Which items are included for my business event?
The Beacon Center will provide all of the basics for a successful meeting. We offer auditorium seating for 80, and a classroom for 50. We have 24 seminar style tables, a speaker’s podium, a 65” Smart TV, wireless internet, parking, a refreshment area, and a reception desk. We also offer many additional items for a small rental fee.
Can I bring food and drinks to my event?
YES! Food and drink are encouraged as long as you use care when cleaning up.
*Nevada state law requires a licensed and insured bartender to serve and uncork alcoholic beverages at all public facilities. The Beacon Center can ensure your event is covered with a reliable, licensed server starting $250 — click here to learn how.
Do you offer catering or entertainment options?
Yes! While we do not offer these services ourselves, we offer a list of caterers, entertainment providers, wedding officiants and other vendors whom we have vetted and have access to the building which can reduce the amount of time you need to rent the facility for setup.
