I live in CA and was nervous about renting a space I hadn't yet seen. I was also concerned with all of the lighting and technical options but her videos and guidance was so thorough that everything was very smooth. The meeting space was clean and easy to use. The entrance was welcoming. Having a fridge there was super convenient to store lunches and such. The bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Everything was amazing. If I teach another class in Vegas I will certainly contact The Beacon Center to use their space again! Thanks so much!!!!

Had my babyshower there last summer and everything was beautiful. Super easy. We were able to bring our own food. It was a little warm in there but this is Vegas (July) so I don't fault them for that and they had plenty of fans to help cool the room. An overall pleasant experience.  Looking forward to planning future events there!

There is something to be said for planning services after losing my mother... too much for this review. Becky at The Beacon Center, helped me through so much pain and worry. Shortly after losing my Mom, I was hospitalized, for a week. How from a hospital bed could I make things happen? Through communication and care with Becky. She was able to turn my words into my vision. For the future, all events that need planning... happier moments, will be done at The Beacon Center. The hardest thing I had to do was pick out my mom's favorite colors. Becky, I cannot thank you nearly enough for the support you gave.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had the pleasure of attending a Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Mixer at The Beacon Center, and I must say, this place is a hidden gem! Not only is it affordable, but it also comes with a bunch of extras that you usually get nickel-and-dimed for at other venues. Seriously, their pricing model is a breath of fresh air.

The customer service at The Beacon Center is top-notch. They handle everything from food and music to flowers and printing, making event planning a breeze. It's like having your own personal event quarterback calling all the right plays.

I recently held a seminar at The Beacon Center on October 17th for about 50 attendees. It was a wonderful experience. The venue is spacious and very clean. The audio and video resources were perfect for my event. The price is incredible for the size. Becky was great and her communication was valuable. Her recommendations for food were spot on. I highly recommend this venue.

I recently hosted a three-day workshop at the Beacon Center and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. This Las Vegas meeting space is just a short drive from the Strip, the venue was perfect for our layout needs and offered free WiFi, free parking, and a 70-inch Smart TV (crucial for our presentations).

The venue and owners provided amazing service and made our lives so much easier with their catering services. They provided a much-needed continental breakfast for our group of 23 (coffee, snacks, and pastries, and more), which significantly eased logistics and allowed our assistant to focus on the workshop instead of sourcing food and drinks in an unfamiliar city.

Becky and Gil were outstanding in their support, and proactive approach, and they were always available. They made sure that our workshop proceeded seamlessly and they played a major role in why our event was such a success.

I highly recommend the Beacon Center for anyone planning a business event. After extensive research, we were unable to find another venue that offered such competitive pricing, a prime location, and included essential amenities and not extra cost. We will definitely be back for future events!

I have been training our clients in different cities across the United States of America for years now and have been in many different venues. The Beacon Center is by far the best venue we have every been in and utilized for our regional training events. Becky (owner/hostess) is the best communicator, provides the best A/V, and best amenities at a venue that we have every experienced in our travels.

Firstly, thank you so much, Becky! You made my life so much easier with everything you offer when renting out your venue space! You took so much stress off of me by doing the set up and clean up, plus providing food & drinks! One touch I loved was that you donated the uneaten food to a church nearby, so none of the untouched food did not go to waste! I was looking for a smaller/simplest event place that I can host my baby shower in. I came across the Beacon center and reached out. Becky was so attentive and invited me over to see the venue and I immediately loved the space and booked. The place was very clean and set up beautifully. It was everything. I wanted. Becky has been extremely helpful and so nice! Defiantly going to host my baby's 1st birthday party here. Thank you Becky for everything!!!

Event was perfect. Becky took care of all the decor for an easy party transition. We met prior about 3 times between booking and the actual party. She set up everything great. It made the party very stress free. Decorations were perfect. Space was roomy and not cramped. Loved it and would definitely book again.

We were told one thing over the phone and once we met in person she switched up everything. I truly believe we were racially profiled and she didn't want to do business with us that's why she changed up. If you're a so called black hispanic or native american I'd stay away from that place. I want to thank Becky, Her Husband, and her assistant Yvette for putting my daughter's baby shower. It was something I had envisioned, as my daughter is year of the Tiger. We did the diamond package its saved me the hassle of setting up and cleaning. I totally recommend this venue and Becky is great with communication. I was able to reach her if I had questions leading up to my baby shower.

My family and I rented out the Beacon Center to celebrate my dad's 70th Birthday. Becky made everything easy to do online and over the phone since I live in California. Becky was extremely helpful and communicating with her was not a problem. The center was clean and ready for us to use when we got there on the event day. The area the center is located in is in a quiet secluded area. The event center itself was perfect for our event. There's a place for us to put the food, there was a refrigerator to help keep the beverages cold. The bathrooms were clean and the provided essentials such as hair spray, a lint brush, room deodorizer, etc. There wasn't a kitchen there but since we ordered food that was already prepared we did not need one. There was ample parking for our guests and even though it was in a nice quiet secluded area it wasn't too hard to find. If I were to have another celebration in Las Vegas again I would definitely use The Beacon Center again.
