About The Annex

THE BEACON CENTER’S The Annex is 1,300 square feet and perfect for meetings, training seminars, and even our Brides love to use it in combination with our main center as their private bridal boudoir. Although slightly smaller than our main venue space, it still has the ability to conform to a variety of designs and setups.

Our clean off-white walls feature a 65 inch mounted Smart TV, Built-In HDMI connections, and free Wi-Fi for all in attendance, this space can easily be used for any event.

The Annex is 600 square feet and perfect for meetings, training seminars, and even our Brides love to use it in combination with our main center as their private bridal boudoir. Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to rent your space?

Our rental fee starts at is just $50 per hour for small business meetings! Looking to hold a corporate/staff party instead? Our larger venue, The Beacon Center, is best for parties. The Annex is a great add-on for storing event supplies, gifts, or other items you wish to keep out of your guests way. It also makes a wonderful private lounge for breastfeeding moms. If you’re interested in booking a party, please check out our Celebration Packages for our Beacon Center venue space.

What are the available hours for booking an event?

We have 24 hour access, so the hours of your event are unlimited.

Do you offer any discounts?

We believe in giving everyone a fair price. Therefore, everyone gets the discount!

Are you handicap accessible?

We have made our unit accessible by supplying portable ramps that are easy to install. Watch our installation video.

Which items are included for my business event?

The Beacon Center Annex will provide all of the basics for a successful meeting. We offer auditorium seating for 30, and a classroom for 15. We have 6 seminar style tables, a speaker’s podium, a 55” TV HDMI ready, wireless internet, parking, a refreshment area, and a reception desk. We also offer many additional items for a small rental fee.

Can I bring food and drinks to my event?

YES! Food and drink are encouraged as long as you use care when cleaning up. *Please note that a small cleaning fee is charged when food is brought in.

Do you offer catering or entertainment options?

Yes! While we do not offer these services ourselves, we offer a list of caterers, entertainment providers, wedding officiants and other vendors whom we have vetted and have access to the building which can reduce the amount of time you need to rent the facility for setup.

How do I know how to setup the room to best fit my needs?

You will find several schematics located in the desk drawer. This will show you how to set the room to best fit your needs.

What is the best way to book my space?

Fill out our Rental Agreement Form online and one of our representatives will follow up with you as soon as they can.

What if I need more space than what the Annex offers?

Our bigger venue, The Beacon Center, can hold up to 100 people and is perfect for baby showers, a celebration of life, office & staff parties and custom events ⏤ all at a price that won’t break the bank. Check out our Packages page to view pricing.
