Las Vegas is Back on Track with New Business Growth
Many locals are convinced Las Vegas is back on track when it comes to new business growth in the valley. Opinions on the cause of this renaissance are varied. One look at the Vegas skyline and the looming outline of the new NFL stadium will tell you the status of valley businesses. There is a shortage of quality workers, supplies take longer to get and it is 113 degrees outside, but business is GOOD again. I have even heard taxes may have gone up….due to increased revenues..for a few businesses. Not a bad problem to have.
NFL, Cannabis and Tech, Oh My!
The range of new business making its mark in Las Vegas is impressive. From the new Oakland Raiders Stadium to Elon Musk’s Hyperloop facility, to the legalized cannabis industry new businesses in Las Vegas are as varied as they are plentiful. In fact, the Las Vegas Review-Journal predicted “explosive job growth” in 2017 and by all accounts they were correct. All that growth has a trickle-down effect on existing business, both good and bad. Whether you have gained a new competitor, a new neighbor or are just competing hard for business, this time of growth is exciting.[tweet_box design=”default” float=”right” width=”40%”]The range of new business making its mark in Las Vegas is impressive.
