Far Enough to Be Affordable, but Close Enough to be Convenient | Venue Space Las Vegas

Affordable Venue Space Las VegasLocation, Location, Location – The Key To Affordable Venue Space

Most of you have heard that refrain from real estate. When selling or buying, always look in the right location for your needs. This applies to venue space as well and in Las Vegas, this truism is particularly appropriate. If you are looking for a convenient meeting or party space there are many places in hotels right along the Strip. They will cost you however and that certainly cuts into the affordable aspect. Nothing on the Las Vegas Strip is cheap and in some cases, it is actually not very convenient. With limited parking, traffic and the close quarters that everything is packed into, meeting ON the strip is really not very appealing.

Finding A Convenient, Affordable Location To Meet

We all want a nice home, in a nice neighborhood at a good price. That all goes without saying. But what happens when it’s time to look for a meeting, party or other gathering space? You can either opt for something in the fancy neighborhoods….if you can afford it. You might opt to move far from your wanted area due to lower costs. One might also opt for a far lesser neighborhood just to save money. These are all options when finding a home, but can it apply to venue space as well? Do you have to sacrifice a convenient location for a lower cost or vice versa? The key to finding a convenient, affordable venue space is still location. Close enough to be convenient, yet far enough away from the pricey areas to be affordable.

It’s A Balancing Act

You have to balance the different factors, affordability, and convenience. Decide which is most important or whether they are equally important. It takes a little research to choose a venue location. Look at some street maps, take a drive through the areas where the venues are located. Definitely take a personal tour, you need to experience getting there just like your guests or attendees. Also, remember not to judge a book by its cover. If you are on a budget, you will likely have to forget the glittering lights and opt for normal ones. An average looking neighborhood and venue space can hide a wonderful bargain. Your attendees’ experience should be your top priority. After all, would you rather use GPS to find a venue off-strip or fight traffic, pedestrians, and tourists so you can walk a mile to get to the event? Not to mention where your guests will park their cars….which they will be asked to pay to do now at many properties. As you can see, sacrificing a little on location doesn’t have to cost you convenience and affordability if you think Off-Strip for your venue rental needs.

The Beacon Center Is Your Convenient. Affordable Alternative

When we opened the Beacon Center, we were keenly aware that locating our venue on the strip would be cost-prohibitive for many reasons. We also knew that the Strip is obviously the big draw to coming to Las Vegas. We opted for a location in a safe area, convenient to all the glittering lights, yet far enough away to allow us to be affordable to the largest number of people. A “balancing act” if you will. Our customers and partners have given us a resounding thumbs-up as a result. If you are in the market for affordable, convenient venue space check us out.
